Health Cloud Solution Architect

Overview

Lead functional solution design for Salesforce Health Cloud across healthcare engagements and serve as the functional lead for the Health practice. Translate healthcare industry requirements into designs spanning Health Cloud, Data 360, Agentforce, Service, Field Service and Revenue solutions.

What you'll do

• Lead Health Cloud solution design using healthcare data models and native capabilities.
• Run discovery and design sessions with payer, provider, medtech, distribution and pharma stakeholders.
• Author data models, process flows, user stories, acceptance criteria and design sign-off artifacts.
• Design for PHI handling, HIPAA, BAAs, encryption, consent and minimum-necessary access.
• Shape integrations with EHR, claims, administration, billing and order systems.
• Translate functional designs for build teams and support UAT and deployment gates.
• Support pre-sales, reusable architectures, enablement and team mentoring.

What you'll need

• 5+ years in Salesforce consulting, solution architecture or business analysis.
• 2+ years of hands-on Salesforce Health Cloud design and delivery across at least two full-lifecycle implementations.
• Direct healthcare industry experience with working knowledge of funding, regulation and operations.
• Practical knowledge of HIPAA, PHI handling and BAAs.
• Deep knowledge of Health Cloud data models and features.
• Experience leading discovery workshops and documenting decisions for sign-off.
• Experience designing healthcare integrations, typically with MuleSoft or an equivalent.

Nice to have

• Salesforce Health Cloud Accredited Professional or Application/Solution Architect credential.
• Salesforce Industries, OmniStudio, Data 360 or Agentforce experience.
• Life Sciences Cloud or Veeva CRM experience.
• Experience with Service Cloud Voice, Field Service or Revenue Cloud.
• Experience establishing a consulting practice, competency or center of excellence.
