Salesforce Solution Engineer, RCA & RCB

Overview

Lead the Salesforce Revenue Cloud Advanced/Billing and AI Solutions Engineering practice, driving pre-sales, customer success, go-to-market execution, and technical excellence.

What you'll do

• Lead Revenue Cloud/Billing and AI sales within the Solutions Engineering practice.
• Develop practice strategies, mentor team members, and establish pre-sales processes.
• Lead discovery sessions and gather complex billing and monetization requirements.
• Design and deliver demonstrations across Revenue Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Agentforce.
• Develop technical proposals, solution architectures, and Statements of Work.
• Bridge sales, delivery, and product teams on customer responses and solution designs.
• Provide field feedback to Salesforce product managers and track ecosystem innovations.

What you'll need

• 5+ years selling, architecting, or implementing Quote-to-Cash or billing solutions.
• 2+ years of pre-sales or Solutions Engineering experience.
• Expertise in Salesforce Revenue Cloud, product catalogs, pricing engines, and integrations.
• Proven expertise in Sales Cloud and Salesforce platform architecture.
• Knowledge of revenue models including usage-based billing and subscriptions.
• Customer-facing storytelling skills for executive demonstrations.
• BS in a technical or business field, or equivalent practical experience.

Nice to have

• Experience or deep familiarity with Agentforce or Salesforce Einstein 1 Platform.

Details

• Full-time role.
• Remote in the United States; Boston, Massachusetts is preferred.
• Travel may be required up to 25% for certain roles.
• Massachusetts annual salary range: $94,400–$245,000 USD.
