Job description
Overview
Lead product and solutions engineering for a defined portfolio of Zeta banking solutions, owning strategy and proving the design with financial institutions. This is a hands-on, 0 to 1 role starting with no team, requiring mentorship and management of engineers and product managers as the team builds.
What you'll do
- Own the product strategy for your portfolio of solutions, including decisions on which solutions go to banks, sponsor banks, and fintechs.
- Decide how solutions are packaged and priced, and set what the platform builds next.
- Run discovery with financial institutions, define target architecture, and run proofs.
- Defend the solution design through architecture, security, and procurement review.
- Keep each deal from becoming a custom build.
- Mentor and work with teams of engineers and product managers.
