Senior Salesforce Solution Engineer - Horizontal

Overview

Senior individual-contributor Solution Engineer shaping Salesforce transformation opportunities for enterprise clients. The role combines business-process analysis, consultative selling, solution design, demonstrations, and technical proposal leadership.

What you'll do

• Partner with Account Executives throughout the sales cycle.
• Lead discovery sessions on business processes, user needs, and outcomes.
• Design scalable Salesforce solutions and integration approaches.
• Develop demonstrations, prototypes, proof-of-concepts, and executive presentations.
• Lead technical sections of proposals, RFPs, RFIs, and Statements of Work.
• Collaborate with SMEs, Alliances, Delivery leaders, and Solution Architects.
• Maintain certifications and expand Salesforce AI and platform expertise.

What you'll need

• 7+ years in Solution Engineering, enterprise consulting, solution architecture, or a comparable customer-facing role.
• Experience supporting enterprise Salesforce transformation initiatives and complex consulting pursuits.
• Strong knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Data Cloud, Agentforce, and integration patterns.
• Ability to analyze business processes and create practical solution designs.
• Strong facilitation, presentation, communication, and executive engagement skills.
• Salesforce certifications are required or strongly preferred.
• Authorization to work for any employer in the United States.

Nice to have

• AI and Data Cloud certifications.
• Residence in the Northeast United States.

Details

• Remote role with potential periodic client travel.
• Estimated compensation: $155,000–$175,000 USD annually.
• Candidates must reside in an approved U.S. state or Washington, DC.
