Salesforce Experience Architect, AI and Agentforce (Solution Architect)

Overview

Design and deliver Salesforce Agentforce-powered experiences using experience design, solution architecture, and GenAI technologies. Advise clients and translate business requirements into solutions that deliver business value.

What you'll do

• Advise clients on industry best practices and Salesforce solutions.
• Gather requirements and serve as a Salesforce platform expert.
• Design strategies and roadmaps with clients.
• Architect and implement solutions using Salesforce AI technologies.
• Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions.
• Lead cross-functional teams creating end-user experiences.
• Coach and mentor junior technical and functional team members.

What you'll need

• 3+ years in customer-facing technical consulting, enterprise architecture, or business process mapping.
• 5+ years of CRM industry experience.
• Experience architecting and implementing Salesforce Service Cloud or Sales Cloud.
• Experience with GenAI prompt writing.
• Hands-on experience with Agentforce or another generative-AI platform.
• Ability to design and optimize processes across disparate systems.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and connect outcomes to business value.

Nice to have

• Experience defining testing approaches for GenAI solutions.

• Remote in the United States.
• Travel may be required up to 25%.
