Al Lead Developer

Overview

As an AI Lead Developer, you will develop AI-driven solutions across frontend, backend, data, and enterprise platforms, translating complex technical solutions into measurable business value.

What you'll do

• Develop frontend applications using ReactJS and Next.js.
• Build backend services and APIs in Python using FastAPI, with working knowledge of NodeJS or NestJS.
• Build and work with AI and LLM-based systems, including embeddings, intelligent analysis, and private or offline AI setups.
• Use vector databases such as OpenSearch or Chroma for similarity search and RAG-based solutions.
• Evaluate models, tune response accuracy, and apply hallucination reduction techniques.
• Handle structured and unstructured data using PostgreSQL and object storage platforms such as Azure Blob Storage, Azure Data Lake, or MinIO.
• Analyze data, build KPIs, and derive actionable insights using SQL and Python.
• Work with Git, CI/CD pipelines, security best practices, and enterprise-grade system design.
• Translate complex technical solutions into measurable business value.
• Build AI workflows such as RAG, agent-based systems, LLM-driven integrations, and scalable AI pipelines.
• Build AI-driven user interfaces using ReactJS and Next.js.
• Build KPIs, dashboards, and insights using SQL and Python.
• Explain complex AI and technical concepts in a simple, business-friendly manner.

What you'll need

• 4+ years of experience.
• Strong experience in frontend development using ReactJS and Next.js.
• Strong backend experience using Python with FastAPI for building AI services and APIs.
• Working knowledge of NodeJS or NestJS.
• Hands-on experience with AI and LLM-based systems, including embeddings and intelligent analysis.
• Experience with vector databases such as OpenSearch or Chroma for similarity search and RAG-based solutions.
• Practical exposure to model evaluation, response accuracy tuning, and hallucination reduction techniques.
• Good understanding of PostgreSQL and object storage platforms such as Azure Blob Storage, Azure Data Lake, or MinIO.
• Experience building KPIs, dashboards, and insights using SQL and Python.
• Experience with AI workflows such as RAG, agent-based systems, LLM-driven integrations, and scalable AI pipelines.
• Exposure to private or offline AI setups, including local LLM deployments.
• Background in Retail, Digital, or large-scale enterprise platforms.
• Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, security best practices, and enterprise-grade system design.
• Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights using SQL and Python.
• Ability to explain complex AI and technical concepts in a simple, business-friendly manner.
• A strong problem-solving mindset.

Nice to have

• Experience with Agile methodologies and consulting.
