AML, Associate, ISG Operations

Overview

AML Associate for ISG Operations focused on delivering AML and Know-Your-Client (KYC) solutions for global fund investors and clients.

What you'll do

• Provide day-to-day investor services to the fund manager and investors.
• Act as a contact point for AML-related matters with investors and the fund manager.
• Ensure investor accounts comply with anti-money laundering requirements, regulations, and AML policies/procedures.
• Handle investor and fund manager queries and escalate where appropriate.
• Orchestrate AML/KYC due diligence and compliance documentation based on client risk level (low, medium, high).
• Maintain investor AML documentation and produce MIS and other internal operational reports.

What you'll need

• 1 to 2 years of experience in AML/KYC within a regulated financial services firm.
• Strong knowledge of AML regulations, as it pertains to funds (advantageous).
• Knowledge of offering documentation for the funds being serviced.
• Strong knowledge of regulations for the fund domicile.
• Strong knowledge of internal policies and procedures, with emphasis on AML controls.
• Accuracy and attention to detail for administrative and organizational work.
