AMS Data Platforms Backend (SAP Datasphere and Snowflake)

Overview

Support and maintain SAP Datasphere, SAP Business Data Cloud and Snowflake applications and data platforms. The role focuses on reliable, secure and efficient application services, lifecycle health and continuous support improvement.

What you'll do

• Execute L2/L3 incident, problem, change and service-request activities.
• Meet agreed service levels and restore service with minimal business disruption.
• Maintain upgrades, patches, certificates, monitoring and application documentation.
• Implement sustainable corrective actions to improve application stability.
• Collaborate with service owners, functional teams, architecture, security and providers.
• Improve runbooks, knowledge, automation and standardization.
• Support transition of new or changed solutions into operations.

What you'll need

• Strong technical expertise in SAP Datasphere, SAP Business Data Cloud, Snowflake, SAP BODS or Datavard Glue.
• Application and/or infrastructure knowledge.
• Problem-solving skills and service-management discipline.
• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Ability to work across functions, geographies and suppliers.

Nice to have

• Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst certification.
• Relevant SAP Analytics or data-platform credentials.
