Overview

Permanent Analyst role supporting end-to-end loan servicing for Corporate & Institutional Banking customers at NAB Innovation Centre India.

What you'll do

• Support end-to-end loan servicing activities for Corporate & Institutional Banking customers.
• Process lending transactions accurately and in line with established controls and procedures.
• Manage syndicated loans, bank guarantees, and related lending activities.
• Administer loan extensions, consents, fees, and payment processing.
• Ensure timely resolution of customer and stakeholder requests within SLA timelines.

What you'll need

• 3-8 years' experience in lending operations, preferably within Corporate and/or Institutional Banking environments.
• Hands-on experience with LoanIQ and loan servicing processes.
• Experience processing payments, including SWIFT, RTGS, and EFT transactions.
• Strong customer service mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional outcomes.
• Relevant banking, financial services, or equivalent industry experience.
