What you'll need

• Over 4 years of experience is required in Underwriting.
• Credit underwriting experience with clear understanding of lending policy, approval frameworks, and procedures.
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in lending processes and credit operations.
• Proven capability in financial analysis and credit assessment.
• Good understanding of risk obligations and compliance standards.
• Ability to consistently replicate compliance and regulatory requirements in day-to-day operations.
• Strong attention to detail and quality focus.
