Analyst - Accounts Payable

Overview

Process accounts payable transactions, supplier payments, reconciliations, and exception handling for multiple sites and vendors in a high-volume environment.

What you'll do

• Process supplier invoices and credit notes within agreed turnaround times.
• Initiate payments and control duplicate payments and exceptions.
• Resolve matching, coding, funding, and approval issues with stakeholders.
• Complete supplier reconciliations on scheduled or ad hoc frequencies.
• Prepare daily and weekly reports for sites and vendors.
• Identify duplicate invoices and recover monies from suppliers and site teams.
• Maintain production logs and keep the Team Leader informed of issues and KPI misses.

What you'll need

• At least 1 year of experience in accounts payable.
• Accounting graduate qualification.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work across multiple systems and processes.
• Ability to multitask, prioritise, and work effectively under pressure.
• High accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of client financial data.

Nice to have

• Experience in a real estate environment and accounting.
