Analyst - Accounts Payable - ANZ (Contract)

Overview

Contract analyst role in WPP's accounts payable team for ANZ, processing purchase order and non-purchase order invoices and resolving payment queries.

What you'll do

• Process Purchase Order (PO) and Non-Purchase Order (Non-PO) invoices for payment.
• Assign the respective GL account and cost centres for non-PO invoices.
• Provide solutions for internal requests created by team members (RFIs).
• Work on TDB invoices (provisions for future payments).
• Work on invoices rejected by approvers.
• Provide sales line (clients) with the reserve status of invoices on hold.
• Monitor aging documents and take correct actions to meet the TAT.
• Record and report EOD status of recording and invoice completion.
• Investigate and take correct action on vendor escalations for unpaid invoices.
• Assist in month end closing.
• Compare and process PO invoices against goods receipt (GR), including two-way and three-way match.
• Perform root cause analysis to identify the type of differences in transactions.
• Investigate supplier queries and provide solutions.
• Highlight mistakes received from suppliers.
• Review and achieve daily and monthly targets.

What you'll need

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Accounts Payable.
• Minimum graduate.
• Experienced problem solver with good written and verbal communication skills.
• Flexible attitude to achieve results.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Advanced MS Office skills.

Details

• Contract job of 6-9 months.
• Early morning shift starting at 6:30 AM onwards.
• Location: Vikhroli, Mumbai (work from office).
• Hybrid approach with teams in the office around four days a week.
