Analyst - Associate Onboarding & Client Assignment

Overview

Analyst role supporting onboarding and development programs for Wealth associates, including reviewing training needs and monitoring training program development.

What you'll do

• Administer programs to enhance employee skills.
• Maintain a database of newly hired Wealth associates and track/update production criteria.
• Manage required entitlements, including role-type specific specifications.
• Submit and confirm requests for access to internal systems and hardware.
• Identify and implement process improvement opportunities, including automation.
• Develop constructive and cooperative working relationships with other employees.

What you'll need

• University degree is preferred.
• No experience is required.
