Product Engineer - Engineering Change Order Management (ECM)

Overview

Product Engineer focused on Engineering Change Order Management (ECM) for manufacturing sites, leading a team and driving ECO/PDM processes and continuous improvement.

What you'll do

• Handle a team of 10–15 engineers.
• Manage ECO/PDM processes for manufacturing sites across the globe.
• Work with IT to support Design & Engineering tools.
• Ensure process transitions from sites are completed.
• Conduct quarterly/annual performance appraisals and support targets for process metrics.
• Generate and circulate reports/dashboards and handle escalations.
• Perform root cause analysis to resolve service issues and mentor/train team members.

What you'll need

• Any bachelor’s or master’s degree in Electronics/Electrical or related field.
• Experience managing a team in a highly variable demand environment.
• Experience in Engineering Change Order Management (ECO/MCO/ECN).
• Experience creating product setup details (e.g., product number, BOM structure in PLM) and part numbers for BOM in Agile & Baan.
• Experience creating AVL in Agile & Baan and releasing documents in CDC.
• Knowledge of ERP (preferably BAAN) and MS Office/MS Outlook.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills (mandatory) and night shift availability (7pm–4am).
