Analyst-COE Technical DD Environmental

Overview

Analyst role within Revantage's Transactions Management group focused on Technical Due Diligence, supporting Blackstone Real Estate asset acquisitions, dispositions, financing and asset management across portfolio companies.

What you'll do

• Support the process of various Technical DD workstreams.
• Collect and synthesize information from Revantage, Blackstone and Blackstone's portfolio companies.
• Support analytics and automated process work.
• Perform document query and asset data aggregation.
• Conduct cursory review of new due diligence report deliverables and aggregate key data points.
• Maintain the Technical DD data set of key environmental risks.

What you'll need

• Bachelor's degree in Geology, Biology, Chemistry, Environmental Science or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years consulting experience.
• Fluency in ASTM E1527-21 and knowledge of U.S. regulatory standards.
• Experience performing Phase I Environmental Site Assessments prepared for CMBS lenders and/or European equivalent lenders.
• Fluency in Equator Principles and EU environmental standards.
• Fluency and experience in hazardous building materials/conditions including asbestos, lead based paint, radon and abnormal mold growth.
• Experience navigating real estate transactions, with understanding of acquisition, financing, disposition and other due diligence activities.
• First-class interpersonal skills, including relationship building and maintenance.
• Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly SharePoint, Excel and Word, including Power BI and SmartSheet.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, numerical, presentation and organizational skills.
• Highly motivated, able to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with superior time-management and prioritization skills.

• Knowledge and understanding of industrial hygiene.
• Knowledge and understanding of Australian and Japanese environmental risk standards.
