Overview

Provide L1 application support for FEBA (Internet Banking) and Finacle Core Banking System (10.x / 11.x) in a 24x7 shift-based production support environment.

What you'll do

• Provide L1 application support for FEBA (Internet Banking) / Finacle Core Banking System (10.x / 11.x)
• Handle incidents, service requests, and problem management within SLA
• Perform application troubleshooting and root cause analysis
• Support FEBA / Finacle configuration, customization, and implementation activities
• Monitor application performance and ensure system availability
• Coordinate with OEM/vendor teams for bug fixing, patching, and upgrades
• Support banking operations related to Internet Banking
• Do EOD/BOD activities and production issue resolution

What you'll need

• More than 2 years of experience
• Engineering, Science, MCA, BCA or any graduate degree
• Good communication skills (written and oral)
• Experience of Finacle version 10.x support, implementation and configuration
• Knowledge of FEBA and Finacle Core Banking Solution
• Knowledge of banking operation logic, SWIFT, FCY transactions, trade finance, EOD/BOD and treasury
• Knowledge and experience on backend services including JBOSS, Fincore, FI, C24, Uniserver, Config and APDM
• Mandatory certification in ITIL v3 or v4
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work under pressure in a production environment
