Analyst IT Security I (IND)

Overview

IT Auditor (Analyst IT Security I) in Carelon’s InfoSec team, partnering with InfoSec and application teams to support strategic security and compliance objectives.

What you'll do

• Assist the Technology Compliance Audit department with stability and adherence to audit and regulatory requirements.
• Support auditors by gathering data for audit reviews and formal engagements.
• Conduct compliance testing and document results.
• Research and develop work programs and engagement plans.
• Collaborate with the audit team to enhance audit processes.
• Analyze work request results and define remediation strategies.
• Stay current on audit and regulatory changes at the state and federal level.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 2–5 years as an Information Security Analyst.
• Minimum 1 year of audit experience in areas such as information technology, operations, or financial sectors.
• Certifications such as CISA and ISO 27001 Lead Auditor are a strong advantage.
• Strong prioritization, statistical and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work with confidential data.
• Basic understanding of regulatory frameworks and audit requirements.
• Strong data gathering and analysis skills for audit processes.
