Analyst - IT Systems Engineering

Overview

Analyst - IT Systems Engineering provides basic, on-call rotational production support and helps resolve routine application and middleware issues under supervision.

What you'll do

• Provide basic, on-call rotational production support and resolve routine issues.
• Adhere to change controls while supporting production environments.
• Support application availability, reliability, and stability under direct supervision.
• Assist with documentation of root cause analysis for in-scope routine incidents.
• Provide engineering support and technical evaluation of application software and middleware.
• Perform routine assigned activities to improve service efficiency and effectiveness and application performance.
• Conduct basic analyses/research to support cross-OpCo technical design and engineering projects as directed.

What you'll need

• Work under close or direct supervision for production support and incident documentation tasks.

Details

• Location: Noida - Sector 135.
• Work expectation: Marsh colleagues are expected to be in their local office or working onsite with clients at least three days per week.
