Analyst - L&TD Operations- 1 Year Contract to Hire

Overview

Analyst in L&D Operations focused on administering and coordinating virtual/classroom training programs and related logistics.

What you'll do

• Organise delivery of virtual and classroom-based learning programmes and their logistics.
• Coordinate candidate-facing activities including liaising, refreshments, venue booking, invites, and tutors.
• Maintain systems for candidate attendance, feedback, and reporting through an LMS.
• Manage course waiting lists to maximise attendance and course financial efficiency.
• Handle employee enquiries about learning and provide timely responses.
• Provide administrative support for printing, collation, and distribution of course materials.
• Support induction events by working with multiple teams to ensure smooth delivery.

What you'll need

• Strong computer skills across Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent attention to detail and high adherence to process.
• Ability to work quickly and accurately to tight deadlines with limited supervision.
• Good written and verbal communication skills and a professional manner.
• Good organisational skills with ability to prioritise and balance competing priorities.
• Confidentiality for handling sensitive situations with discretion and diplomacy.
• Working knowledge of L&D management software and understanding of data protection.
