Analyst - Process Analytics - SCM 5B

Overview

Analyst role in Process Analytics for Supply Chain Management (SCM), focused on monitoring aircraft engine health and performance through trend and data analysis.

What you'll do

• Work 24x7 process with rotational shifts.
• Monitor key engine parameters to detect impending failures and assess engine performance.
• Perform trend and data analysis backed by knowledge of aviation terms and troubleshooting.
• Evaluate the current state of engine performance and recommend course correction.
• Interpret technical publications such as the Aircraft Maintenance Manual (AMM), Fault Isolation Manual, and Repair Manual.
• Communicate and follow up with the product line team and customer.
• Prepare and publish daily customer reports.
• Drive and support continuous improvement efforts through LEAN philosophy.

What you'll need

• Bachelor's degree in Aeronautical Engineering, or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, or Aircraft Maintenance Engineers (A & C).
• Experience in Engine Health Monitoring (EHM) and trend interpretation.
• 0-3 years of relevant industrial experience.
• Degree qualifications listed: Bachelor's in Business Analytics, Bachelor's in Computer Science, Bachelor's in Statistics, or Master's in Data Science.
• Required skills: Agile Methodology, Collaboration Tools, Data Analytics, Data Literacy, Design Thinking, Inclusion, Lean Six Sigma (LSS), Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Visual Basic for Applications, Microsoft Word, Personal Effectiveness, VBA Macros.
• Language: English, Language Proficiency - Proficient - C2.

Nice to have

• Previous experience in Engine Condition Trend Monitoring (ECTM).
• Effective probing skills and analysing/understanding skills.
• Problem solving skills with customer-centric approach.
• Demonstrated proficiency with written English and with neutral English accent.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
