Overview

Relationship Manager for DBS’s Corporate and Investment Banking (IBG 4) segment, focused on sourcing new-to-bank SME/Business Banking asset relationships and building a diversified revenue-generating portfolio with acceptable risk.

What you'll do

• Source new-to-bank asset relationships in the IBG 4 segment within specified turnover limits.
• Ensure lending compliance by following the bank’s lending guidelines and policies.
• Cross-sell asset, trade, cash, and treasury products to drive revenue and wallet share.
• Perform due diligence for onboarding new asset relationships and prepare account plans.
• Monitor the portfolio continuously, including timely renewals and keeping delinquencies at NIL.
• Adhere to KYC/AML requirements and meet covenants and conditions set by the credit team.

What you'll need

• 3–5 years of experience in sales.
• 2–3 years of sales experience in SME/Business Banking lending.
• 2–3 years of experience in working capital sales and service portfolio.
• Proven sales track record in asset business in the SME/Business Banking segment.
• Knowledge of competitors and the marketplace.
• Market knowledge and experience in the SME segment (customer preferences and requirements).

Nice to have

• Market knowledge and experience in the SME segment is preferred.
