Senior Officer, Relationship Manager for the Loan Against Property (LAP) product within DBS Consumer Banking Group.

What you'll do

• Manage a portfolio of Loan Against Property (LAP) clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction and retention
• Proactively identify and capitalize on cross-selling opportunities to expand the client's relationship with the bank
• Analyze client financial information and requirements to provide tailored lending solutions
• Collaborate with internal teams, such as credit and operations, to ensure efficient and timely loan processing
• Maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-ups
• Contribute to the growth and profitability of the Loan Against Property business

What you'll need

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the banking or financial services industry
• Strong understanding of the Loan Against Property product and the ability to analyze client financial information
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and internal stakeholders
• Proficient in data analysis and problem-solving to provide customized solutions
