Analyst, Research Analytics

Overview

Analyst role in the Putnam strategy consulting team supporting financial modeling, forecasting and valuation work for health and life sciences clients.

What you'll do

• Support financial modeling, revenue forecasting, and valuation assessments
• Assist in peer review and auditing (quality checks) of analyses and models developed by others
• Assist in developing client presentations and reports
• Work closely with managers and project leads on project execution
• Ensure accuracy in data collection and analysis

What you'll need

• A degree in BTech, MTech, MBA Finance or equivalent from a reputed Tier 1 or Tier 2 college
• Typical experience of 2-3 years
• Experience in forecasting/financial modeling in life sciences
• Strong analytical and research skills
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Effective communication and teamwork skills
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, and basic understanding of pharmaceutical industry dynamics
• Effective communication and stakeholder engagement skills working closely with project leads
