Analyst - RTR Accounting

Overview

Analyst for Record to Report (RTR) Accounting in a high-volume SSC supporting global financial accounting and reporting using Oracle/SAP.

What you'll do

• Manage one or more RTR accounting activities for efficiency and quality.
• Perform reconciliation, intercompany, fixed asset accounting, and period-close activities.
• Run month-end close activities including journal entry calculation/preparation, reconciliations, reporting, and compliance tasks.
• Partner with sites on account variances and account aging, and recommend actions to resolve issues.
• Provide daily/weekly/monthly operational and financial reports to key stakeholders.
• Perform analysis for clearing IC receivables/payables and APPO outstanding transactions.
• Support statutory audit, DSA, SOX audit, and second-level balance sheet reviews.

What you'll need

• 3-4 years of accounting experience.
• Accounting degree (CA/CA Inter) or MBA-Finance or B.com (Accounting) with required experience.
• End-to-end process knowledge for GL/FA and understanding of OTC and PTP.
• Proficiency with MS Excel and reporting tools.
• Good experience with Oracle R12, SAP, or SAP S4HANA.
• Working knowledge of Business Intelligence tools including Hyperion, OBIEE, and Oracle Planning.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
