Sr. Specialist - F&A - R2R 4C

Overview

Sr. Specialist - F&A - R2R is responsible for end-to-end Record to Report (R2R) process ownership, accurate financial close activities, and governance with key finance stakeholders.

What you'll do

• Manage the complete R2R process including journal entries, GL, fixed assets, intercompany accounting, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Ensure timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings.
• Lead and manage a team of accountants or finance analysts across onshore/offshore work.
• Oversee financial reporting, statutory reporting, regulatory submissions, and compliance with SOX or other audit requirements.
• Maintain GL integrity through review/approval of journals, accruals, and reclassifications.
• Drive process improvement and transformation via standardization and automation (e.g., BlackLine, RPA).

What you'll need

• Have a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Commerce, Economics, or Finance.
• Possess certification(s) including options listed such as CAMS, CCO, CFA, CPA, or CRCM.
• Have required skills in intercompany accounting, reconciliations, and R2R.
• Have experience with Oracle ERP applications.
• Be proficient in English (C2).
• Have knowledge of SAP Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP).
