Sr. Specialist - F&A - R2R 4C

Overview

Sr. Specialist in F&A focused on Record-to-Report (R2R) operations, including end-to-end process ownership, reconciliations, and financial reporting.

What you'll do

• Own the complete R2R process, including journal entries, GL, fixed assets, intercompany accounting, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Ensure timely and accurate execution of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings.
• Lead and manage a team of accountants or finance analysts, including coaching and performance reviews.
• Oversee GL integrity, including review/approval of journal entries and close activities.
• Manage intercompany transaction and fixed-asset accounting, including capitalization and depreciation.
• Supervise balance sheet reconciliations and ensure documentation, resolution, and audit readiness.
• Identify and implement process standardization and automation opportunities; maintain R2R SOPs and workflows.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce.
• Bachelor’s degree in Economics.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance.
• Oracle ERP and SAP ERP experience is listed under required skills.
• English language proficiency is required (Upper Intermediate - B2).
• CAMS, CCO (Certified Compliance Officer), CCO (Vskills), CFA, CPA, or CRCM certifications are listed.
