Senior Finance Manager

Overview

Senior Finance Manager to manage financial, accounting, and tax management needs, including internal controls, reporting accuracy, and regulatory compliance.

What you'll do

• Own general ledger and financial reporting for the company.
• Ensure statutory compliance for bookkeeping, reporting, and taxation.
• Manage cash and foreign exchange.
• Support optimization of transactional structure and workflow for local and cross-border accounting and payments.
• Prepare, review, and manage payroll.
• Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and year-end close.

What you'll need

• 15+ years prior experience in financial reporting/general ledger.
• B.com/M.com and/or MBA preferred.
• CA is a must have.
• Experience working with business and tax authorities.
• Proven leadership in managing responsibilities.
• Experience developing written processes and procedures and training finance/cross-functional team members.
• Ability to work across time zones (US headquarters located in San Francisco) required.

Details

• Location: Bengaluru, India Office.
• Manages: a team of 3-5 accounting specialists and financial analysts in Bengaluru and Pune.
• Reports to HQ Controller.
