Finance Manager (GL Accounting & Reporting)

Overview

Finance Manager responsible for GL accounting and reporting, acting as a commercial and financial partner for the Bengaluru GCC leadership.

What you'll do

• Partner with GCC leadership to drive location efficiencies across functions.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and monthly performance reviews.
• Drive cost transparency and productivity initiatives.
• Lead business and financial modelling and support service pricing and transfer pricing coordination.
• Provide workforce planning insights for 500+ employees.
• Lead month-end management reporting and variance analysis with internal control compliance.

What you'll need

• CA qualification.
• 12-15 years of progressive finance experience.
• Strong experience in FP&A, business finance, controlling, and performance management.
• Advanced skills in SAP, Power BI, Excel, and planning tools.
• Strong analytical and financial modelling capabilities.
• Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
