Overview

Lead Oracle Finance transformation and advisory work within the Finance Technology - Oracle Core ERP practice at PwC Acceleration Center India, acting as a strategic advisor to clients and leading teams on Oracle Finance solutions.

What you'll do

• Lead Oracle Finance transformation projects to enhance financial processes and systems
• Manage client relationships and provide strategic financial advice to drive project success
• Utilize Oracle Financials and Hyperion Financial Management to streamline financial reporting and analysis
• Oversee the implementation of Oracle Acquire to Retire and Procure-to-Pay processes
• Develop financial models and forecasts to support business decision-making
• Monitor and analyze financial trends to identify opportunities for improvement
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive finance solutions
• Validate compliance with regulatory authority requirements and financial reporting standards
• Coach and mentor team members to foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation
• Present financial reports and insights to stakeholders to inform strategic planning

What you'll need

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 15 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English

Nice to have

• Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Accounting & Finance, Finance, Economics, Business Administration/Management, Management Information Systems
• At least one of the following: Oracle Cloud certification in Financials or related Oracle ERP Finance Cloud modules
• Demonstrating advanced skills in Oracle Financials and Oracle Hyperion Financial Management
• Leading finance transformation projects with a focus on Oracle ERP solutions
• Utilizing analytical thinking to drive business process improvements
• Managing complex financial reporting and budgeting processes
• Excelling in strategic questioning and financial advising
