Overview

Associate, Finance & Accounting (F&A) focused on Record to Report (R2R) operations at Genpact.

What you'll do

• Prepare daily/monthly collections and perform operating reconciliations.
• Report open items to management and clients within agreed timelines.
• Deliver daily and monthly client reporting accurately under SLA.
• Process sales and repurchases within agreed timelines.
• Process refunds and filing checks within SLA.
• Provide credit reporting to clients as per the agreed timeline.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Commerce, Economics, or Finance (as listed).
• Record To Report (R2R) experience/knowledge is required.
• Upper Intermediate English proficiency (B2) is required.
• Certificate(s) listed: Certified Financial Analyst (CFA) / CPA / CRCM (as listed).
• Required skills include reconciliations and client relations.
