Order Management Specialist

Overview

Order Management Specialist to support global distributors and internal partners by managing the order lifecycle with accuracy and quality.

What you'll do

• Review and process orders in SAP-ERP with attention to detail and compliance.
• Handle order discrepancies, billing issues, and licensing inquiries to ensure smooth resolution.
• Provide back-office support to global distributors and partners on ordering processes and licensing logic.
• Coordinate with Finance, Sales, and Legal to facilitate deal booking.
• Maintain data accuracy to support financial reporting and revenue recognition.

What you'll need

• 1-2 years of experience in order management, sales support, or similar operational roles.
• Excellent English (written and verbal) to communicate with global teams.
• Experience with SAP (ERP) is a strong advantage.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook).
• Service-oriented, customer-first approach.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with financial data.

• Availability: Flexible for shifts and extended hours during the last 2 weeks of the quarter.
