Customer Care Specialist (MISUMI)

Overview

Customer Care Specialist role focused on fast, accurate order processing and proactive communication to US-based customers.

What you'll do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers across quotations, sales orders, and post-order inquiries.
• Prepare and process quotations and sales orders with speed and accuracy.
• Manage customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and a case management system.
• Own issue resolution including quality issues, order investigations, RMA/credit requests, and documentation requests.
• Provide communication and coordination with internal teams to apply policies, terms, and promotions correctly.
• Continuously deepen knowledge of products, ERP systems, business processes, and customer preferences.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree OR minimum 6 years of customer service experience OR equivalent work experience.
• Proven experience in a fast-paced, operations-driven customer service environment.
• Fluency in English plus exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional listening, troubleshooting, negotiation, and conflict resolution abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Ability to perform under tight deadlines while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.

• Location: Bengaluru, India (Office).
• Work hours: 9:30 PM to 5:30 AM IST, Monday through Friday.
