Overview

Sales Operations Associate supporting reporting, analysis, forecasting, data governance, and initiatives for the sales team and executive leadership.

What you'll do

• Analyze pipeline health, including additions, wins, and conversion.
• Support pipeline reporting, trend communications, and forecasting.
• Map, clean, and audit Salesforce data used in PowerBI reports.
• Prepare analysis on markets and industries for business planning.
• Provide content and talking points for market, segment, and industry meetings.
• Train employees on PowerBI, Salesforce, and data-focused reports.
• Support sales training programs and other ad hoc projects.

What you'll need

• 5+ years of experience in sales operations or a financial/business analyst role focused on sales.
• Master’s degree in finance or a related field.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including lookups, pivot tables, and modeling.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
• Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, or a similar CRM is required.
• Strong analytical, communication, organization, and prioritization skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, including non-standard hours as needed.
