Service Engineer – Outdoor, Bangalore

Overview

As a Service Engineer - Outdoor, you will be part of the T&O Commercial team, leading and managing Service associates while providing technical guidance and support for service operations.

What you'll do

• Lead and manage the Service associates, providing technical guidance and support.
• Implement service processes and procedures.
• Impart repair training to engineers, dealers and customers.
• Ensure timely and effective resolution of technical issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve overall service quality.
• Manage and analyze service metrics and warranty, identifying areas for improvement.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies and best practices.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

What you'll need

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field, Mechanical or Electrical.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a technical leadership role.
• Proven experience in managing technical teams and service operations.
• Strong technical knowledge in power tools and outdoor equipment.
• Knowledge in SAP, MS Office and CRM.
• Excellent leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks.
