Overview

Analyst Supply Chain role in Bengaluru focused on inventory replenishment and planning, KPI management, and data-driven reporting to support inventory flow within supply-chain capacity constraints.

What you'll do

• Support regular execution of inventory flow processes and operational reports to manage Inventory KPIs.
• Execute inventory replenishment and planning strategies to add value to the business.
• Perform inventory troubleshooting and root-cause analysis, including purchase order management and trend analysis.
• Monitor key performance metrics (including In-Stock% and TSPM%) to improve IR KPI performance.
• Extract data and create reporting/analysis to generate business insights.
• Help manage key performance metrics, including root-cause analysis and solution recommendations for order flow.

What you'll need

• 2+ years of inventory management or supply chain operations experience.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Experience with data mining and visualization tools such as SQL, MS Access, VBA, and Excel.
• Understanding of a retail distribution network.
• Excellent writing and communication skills to develop analytical documents for management presentations.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or Industrial Engineering (or MBA/master’s degree preferred).
