Overview

Software Support Analyst supporting numerous web applications as part of the Wealth Management Application Support team.

What you'll do

• Partner with development, business support, end users, and IT personnel to support and implement end-to-end solutions.
• Create or modify scripts and programs using basic programming knowledge.
• Support existing software systems and platforms and integrate applications with applicable data sources.
• Write unit and integration tests and develop automation tools for daily tasks.
• Create and maintain disaster recovery plans and participate in DR testing.
• Participate in knowledge transfer sessions to understand applications being transferred to support.

What you'll need

• 2–3 years of experience with Java 8/17, Oracle PL/SQL, and Spring Boot.
• Experience with Spring Batch and Spring Cloud / Pivotal Cloud Foundry.
• Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Experience working with microservices and APIs.
• Basic understanding of UI development.
• Experience with Incident-Change-Problem Management, Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Postmortems.
