Analyst – Trade & Forex

Overview

Process trade and remittance transactions accurately and on time, coordinate with branches and CSD, and prepare MIS and regulatory returns for the department.

What you'll do

• Process trade and remittance transactions as assigned by the TL/DH with a high level of accuracy.
• Coordinate with branches to ensure timely processing of trade and remittance transactions.
• Maintain and publish the pending status of transactions to branches and CSD.
• Gain knowledge of regulatory, global and internal guidelines.
• Support TL/DH in implementing policies and IUP in all India branches and ODI.
• Prepare and circulate regulatory returns such as R-Return and other internal and HO reports.
• Prepare and share various MIS required for the department.
• Support the Department Head in ensuring a high level of customer service and escalate unresolved items immediately.
• Ensure transactions in own area of responsibility are processed, confirmed and settled timely and accurately per set procedures.
• Proactively involve in alert resolution.
• Ensure guidelines on sanctions screening, ATFF checks etc. are strictly adhered to and QA results are at desired levels.
• Assist customers in resolving queries pertaining to their account.
• Submit statutory and MIS reports on time.
• Escalate unresolved complex enquiries to more experienced team members.
• Execute additional activities assigned by DH as per requirements.
