The Analyst - Travel and Expense role supports invoice processing, accounts payable reporting, payment activities, vendor master maintenance, quality checks, and process improvement in Chennai.

What you'll do

• Process invoices according to standard operating procedures and meet targets.
• Resolve discrepant invoices according to standard operating procedures.
• Generate and update accounts payable reports.
• Pass rectification entries for errors identified by the internal quality control team.
• Perform quality checks.
• Select invoices for payment and release them according to standard operating procedures.
• Create and update vendor master records based on standard operating procedures.
• Provide innovative ideas to improve the process.
