Overview

Analytics Engineer for Netflix’s Promotional Media AI for Member Systems team, designing analytics tools to monitor adoption and accountability of ML algorithms across Promotional Media and Marketing workflows.

What you'll do

• Identify analytic opportunities with stakeholders and improve business strategies using automated data solutions.
• Design and develop analytic tools, dashboards, and analyses to support adoption and evaluation needs.
• Translate creative and quality requirements into measurable objectives and evaluation frameworks.
• Build and maintain observability for automated pipelines (e.g., SLA adherence, performance drift).
• Partner with ML engineers and scientists to improve asset creation and recommendation models.
• Collaborate with the analytics community to strengthen analytics enablement.

What you'll need

• 5+ years of relevant experience building data products powered by big data.
• Proven track record of designing and developing scalable analytic tools and systems.
• High proficiency in Python, SQL, and Spark.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Plotly Dash and Tableau.
• Familiarity with statistical inference and data analysis fundamentals.
• Experience orchestrating cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority.
