Overview
Lead organizational change management and AI fluency efforts, covering the curriculum that builds people's judgment about working with AI and the operating model that makes that practice adopted, governed and measured across the organization.
What you'll do
- Map how work is done today, end-to-end, and identify opportunities for AI integration across internal operations, client delivery, pre-sales and product.
- Collaboratively define adoption and governance operating models, including sponsorship, measurement, feedback loops and guardrails, and help drive how they run while minimizing resistance and disruption.
- Oversee the creation of scalable, model-agnostic learning experiences that build real judgment about delegation, discernment and diligence with AI.
- Oversee the creation and/or curation of resources that ensure people have the functional ability to leverage AI in the flow of work.
- Shape custom Organizational Change Management and training strategies that win client pursuits and ensure long-term adoption.
- Think strategically about what the organization's work might look like in five years, and identify the specific exercise, workflow or conversation needed now to move toward it.
- Define what changed practice looks like for each audience and tie adoption back to business outcomes and the actual work lives of employees.
- Track how AI capabilities, tools and norms are shifting, and revise curriculum and guardrails before they go stale.
- Provide change management support across initiatives, projects and broad segments of the organization.
- Drive processes to ensure key stakeholders understand the change implications of outcomes and deliverables.
- Identify and work with stakeholders to develop and implement strategies that help them thrive in continuous change.
- Ensure change enablement strategies and actions are incorporated into technology implementations and steady state operations.
- Help define and measure success metrics, and monitor progress and business outcomes.
