Analytics Engineer — Data Analytics & Transformation (DAT)

Overview

Work as a hands-on Analytics Engineer embedded in a business domain, turning business questions into analyses, data products and actionable recommendations. Partner directly with stakeholders across Sales, Product, Engineering, Finance and Commercialization.

What you'll do

• Turn business questions into structured analyses and clear, actionable recommendations, with stories and visuals that non-experts can follow.
• Define and refine KPIs, and use statistical and predictive methods to spot trends, risks and opportunities early.
• Build automated dashboards and self-service data products that replace manual reporting.
• Write tested, version-controlled code, and use AI tooling, including copilots, agents and workflow automation, to cut manual effort.
• Own data quality, consistency and governance for the datasets you work on.
• Write clean SQL and Python, build models and data products, and work directly with the stakeholders you serve.

What you'll need

• 2–4 years in analytics engineering, data/business analytics, BI development or a similar role.
• Strong SQL and confidence with large, complex datasets.
• Hands-on Python for analysis, automation and statistical/predictive modeling.
• Practical experience using AI in analytics workflows.
• A solid grasp of statistics and attention to methodological detail.
• Software engineering habits, including version control, testing and documentation.
• Experience with BI/visualization tools.
• The ability to explain data clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
• Examples of your work shaping decisions in a business function.
• A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics or a related quantitative field.
