Android Engineer - Creative App

Overview

Build and ship features for the ElevenLabs Creative App on Android, integrating tightly with the company's audio AI models for millions of users.

What you'll do

• Ship features that integrate tightly with the AI-driven audio models.
• Identify where focused bets or incremental improvements will move the product most.
• Design and run A/B tests, using results to decide what to build next.
• Work closely with design, product and research.
• Help shape the app's architecture and technical direction.

What you'll need

• Strong native Android development (Kotlin, Jetpack Compose).
• A track record of shipping features that improved engagement.
• Experience designing and running A/B tests.
• Comfort with ambiguity and fast-changing priorities, and ability to add structure where needed.
• Experience owning performance, quality and responsiveness in a production app.

Nice to have

• Experience with audio playback or streaming on Android.
• Experience building mobile infrastructure for build, test and release pipelines.

Details

• Remote-first; can be executed from anywhere.
• Preferred to operate in GMT to GMT+4 timezones.
• Option to work from offices in London, Warsaw, Dublin, Amsterdam and Paris.
