APJ Accounting Manager

Overview

APJ Accounting Manager responsible for executing and delivering APJ accounting operations across Australia, India, Japan, and Singapore. Reports to the Manager, International Accounting.

What you'll do

• Own timely and accurate APJ month-end close deliverables.
• Ensure reconciliations, journals, and schedules meet deadlines.
• Act as day-to-day point of contact for senior management and external providers.
• Oversee preparation and submission of statutory financial statements and coordinate audits.
• Lead APJ accounting team priorities, accountability, and delivery standards.
• Consolidate intercompany positions and cash requirements and provide forward-looking visibility.
• Ensure adherence to SOX controls and documentation standards and drive process improvements.

What you'll need

• Qualified accountant designation: CA/CPA/ACCA.
• Significant experience in multi-entity, multi-country accounting.
• Proven leadership and stakeholder management experience.
• Experience managing outsourced providers.
• Strong understanding of SOX environments.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
