Appian Developer- Manager

Overview

Manage the design, development, integration, deployment, and quality of Appian BPM solutions while working with global business and technical teams.

What you'll do

• Design and develop technical solutions on the Appian BPM Suite.
• Design integrations with third-party platforms.
• Design data models.
• Define architectural and development standards.
• Deploy Appian applications.
• Conduct code reviews and support delivery quality.
• Perform user acceptance testing with business users and business analysts.

What you'll need

• 6–8 years of experience in Appian architecture, design, and development.
• 5+ years of experience as a Client Solutions Architect.
• Experience with Java and object-oriented programming.
• Experience with J2EE and RDBMS platforms including Oracle, MySQL, or SQL Server.
• Experience in distributed environments and external integrations such as web services.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Strong communication, analytical, teamwork, and global collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Appian Level 1 Credential.
• Experience with Process Engineering, low-code solutions, and demonstrable AI and ML implementations.
• Financial services experience.
• Experience with State Street services, technology roadmap, and global operating model.
