Software Engineer

Overview

Software Engineer role for developing and improving BigData solutions on Airbus Skywise landscape using Spark and Palantir-based components.

What you'll do

• Develop solutions for Airbus application portfolio and Skywise landscape.
• Perform deep technology root cause analysis and performance improvement.
• Audit and review source code for quality and compliance readiness.
• Define and suggest best practices and “Golden rules” for the landscape.
• Communicate with customers on requirements and delivery.
• Optimize code for performance.

What you'll need

• 4+ years of experience as stated for the graduate candidate.
• 2+ years exclusively in Palantir-based development.
• At least 1 year experience in support or customer service.
• Must have Apache Spark framework developer skills in Java code.
• Must have experience with at least one Palantir dashboarding component (Slate, Workshop, or Object explorer).
• Must have JavaScript or TypeScript development experience.
• Knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
