Application Designer

Overview

Application Designer role focused on defining requirements and designing applications that meet business process and application requirements, working as an SME to lead a team in Workday Core HCM environments.

What you'll do

• Act as an SME, collaborate with and manage the team to perform.
• Be responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for the immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies within the application design process.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to promote continuous learning and improvement.

What you'll need

• Proficiency in Workday Core HCM (must have).
• Strong understanding of Workday Core HCM modules and their integration capabilities.
• Experience in designing scalable and maintainable application solutions within Workday environments.
• Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into technical design specifications.
• Familiarity with configuration and customization options available in Workday Core HCM.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering practical and innovative solutions.
• Minimum 7.5 years of experience in Workday Core HCM.
• 15 years full time education.
