Overview
As a member of the Business Intelligence & Analytics team, the Sr Product Owner, BI & Analytics leads, supports and executes the team objective of fostering a data-driven culture that enables executive leadership to realize its strategic objectives. The role owns product strategy, vision and roadmap for BI & Analytics solutions and defines, prioritizes and delivers data and analytics products that drive measurable business value.
What you'll do
- Own product roadmap and multi-year strategy aligned to business goals.
- Drive product vision, value-based prioritization and product discovery.
- Act as the primary liaison and trusted advisor for senior business stakeholders, ensuring alignment on priorities and outcomes.
- Translate business needs into scalable data and analytics products.
- Make trade-off decisions across scope, timelines and value delivery.
- Deliver measurable business value and outcomes from delivered products.
- Drive adoption, usage and product success metrics.
- Embed innovation, including AI and data-driven insights, into products.
- Mentor teams and promote product thinking and a data-driven culture.
What you'll need
- Proven experience in product ownership or product management within analytics or data environments.
- Strong capability in product discovery, prioritization and outcome-driven decision-making.
- Experience influencing senior stakeholders in a global organization.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and complex product roadmaps.
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Experience with Agile Lifecycle tools, including JIRA and ServiceNow.
- Working knowledge of Agile product delivery models and partnering with delivery leads/Scrum Masters.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and strategic thinking ability.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field, or equivalent.
Nice to have
- Product management or Agile product ownership certification preferred.
- Scrum Master or Agile certifications beneficial but not required.
Details
- Full-time employment.
- Work in the designated office at least four days a week, with one day working outside an Invesco office.
- Location: Hyderabad - Ranga Reddy.
