Application Developer

Overview

Design, build, configure, and support Workday applications and integrations that meet business and application requirements.

What you'll do

• Design and configure applications for business requirements.
• Gather and analyze requirements with cross-functional teams.
• Document and maintain application design and configuration standards.
• Troubleshoot integration issues and monitor application performance.
• Suggest improvements to enhance user experience.
• Support junior team members with guidance and knowledge sharing.

What you'll need

• At least 7.5 years of experience.
• At least 3 years of experience with Workday Core Integrations.
• Proficiency in Workday Talent Management.
• Experience with Workday integration design patterns and middleware technologies.
• Understanding of Workday application configuration and customization.
• Familiarity with data mapping, transformation, and validation.
• 15 years of full-time education and a Workday-related certification.

Nice to have

• Experience with Workday Learning.
