Overview

Design, build and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements as an Application Developer. Collaborate with stakeholders and teams to deliver reliable, scalable application solutions aligned with business objectives and technical standards.

What you'll do

• Lead efforts to ensure application designs align with business objectives and technical standards.
• Facilitate communication between technical teams and business units to promote understanding and alignment.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
• Design, build and configure applications that align with business processes and application requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure applications support operational goals.
• Refine and adapt applications to evolving business demands.

What you'll need

• Minimum 5 year(s) of experience is required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in OpenText ECM Tools.
• Proficiency in OpenText ECM Tools.
• Experience with application design and configuration within enterprise content management environments.
• Strong problem-solving skills to address complex application challenges.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and manage multiple priorities.
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle and best practices in application development.
• Capability to adapt to changing business requirements and implement scalable solutions.
• 15 years full time education.
