Overview
As a Palantir Application Developer—Senior Associate, you will design and develop robust data solutions using advanced analytics and statistical techniques to transform raw data into actionable insights. You will support data-driven decision-making and solve complex business problems within the Technology Consulting practice.
What you'll do
- Develop and implement data solutions using advanced analytics and statistical techniques to transform raw data into actionable insights.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their data needs and deliver tailored solutions that drive business growth.
- Utilize programming languages such as C++, R, and MATLAB to create and optimize data models and algorithms.
- Conduct complex data analysis and predictive modeling to support data-driven decision-making processes.
- Design and maintain data pipelines and data lakes to validate efficient data flow and storage.
- Apply machine learning and deep learning techniques to enhance data science workflows and solve complex business problems.
- Create data visualizations to effectively communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Engage in AI-human collaboration to leverage artificial intelligence for innovative solutions.
- Uphold professional and technical standards while interpreting data to inform strategic decisions.
- Mentor junior team members and foster a collaborative environment to enhance team performance.
- Perform exploratory and descriptive analysis, statistical modeling, and create data visualizations to inform strategic decisions.
- Use a broad range of tools and methodologies to generate new ideas and solve problems.
What you'll need
- At least a Bachelor's degree.
- At least 4 years of experience.
- Oral and written proficiency in English.
- Hands-on experience with Palantir Foundry data engineering.
Nice to have
- Experience building Ontology-ready data products in Palantir Foundry for operational applications, dashboards, workflows, AI/ML, and data science teams.
- Skills with Palantir AIP, AI-enabled workflows, model development, feature engineering, and data products supporting GenAI use cases.
- Proficiency in Palantir Application Development tools like Workshop, Quiver, Slate, Functions, and Actions, and creating user-facing operational workflows.
- Knowledge of API integration, event-based ingestion, streaming data, SFTP, JDBC/ODBC connectivity, and automated data ingestion patterns.
- Familiarity with CI/CD, automated testing, data observability, alerting, production support, incident management, and strong stakeholder communication and problem-solving skills.
